Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been processed or shipped. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and stop the shipment.

Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched from our facility, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Refund and Return Policy for further assistance.


Cancellation by Shama Fabrics

Shama Fabrics reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Issues related to payment authorization

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been made, the customer will be notified and a refund will be processed accordingly.


Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping and payment has already been completed, the refund will be processed according to our refund procedures.
